Peter Bowden

Based in Tonbridge and covering the West Kent and South East London areas

Peter's role as Managing Director is to continue the drive for growth and development of RPC. He has some 30 plus years' experience in the property market, the majority of which he has specialised in residential land sales & acquisition within the Kent, Sussex and South East London areas. Peter more has previously held a number of senior roles within the house building industry including at Taylor Wimpey and Crest Nicholson Residential.

Graeme holds a degree in Town Planning & Local Economic Development and joined RPC in 2005. He predominantly deals with the sale & acquisition of land in North Mid and East Kent as well as providing a wide range of professional advice and services to private land owners, Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Corporate clients.

Peter has some 40 years experience in the property market, the last 25 of which he has specialised in residential land sales & acquisition within the Kent, Sussex and South East London areas. Peter was previously National Senior Land & New Homes Director with GA Property Services.


Mark Linington MRICS

Based in Maidstone and covering the Mid Kent and East Kent areas

Mark specialises in land throughout Mid and East Kent. Prior to joining RPC in 2001 Mark was a partner at Cluttons dealing with the residential and commercial markets. Having started in property in 1983 he has a wealth of experience having been involved in a large number of development land transactions throughout Kent.
